Aviemore is a very comfortable, light and spacious main door ground floor apartment of a traditional Victorian block on the beach front of North Berwick’s East Bay. In a most enviable position yards from the sandy beach, the flat enjoys magnificent views over the Firth of Forth to the Fife coastline, to the islands of the Bass Rock and Craigleith and to North Berwick’s picturesque harbour and world renowned Scottish Seabird Centre.

Situated close to the centre of the town, a myriad of excellent restaurants, pubs, cafes, sports facilities, shops and art galleries are within walking distance. Several golf courses are a mere 20 minutes away including Muirfield, venue for the Open Championship. 
The train station, also nearby, offers a 30-minute train journey to Edinburgh, Scotland’s bustling capital.

Ideally suited for two adults, Aviemore is also perfect for small families and golfers as it can sleep up to four by use of the sofa bed in the living room.
